These particulars are given in accordance with section 82 of the Companies Act 2006 and the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015. The registered office address is given for service of formal documents. It is not a place of business, it does not receive customer post, and calling at it will not get a support question answered any faster than writing to the address below.

Both of these reach a person, and either is fine for any kind of enquiry including a complaint.

We answer written enquiries within one working day. The support page has the same details and a form.

We sell access to a piece of software that measures pairs of colours and reports which of them become the same colour under several standard transforms. It is supplied as digital content and a digital service; no physical goods are sold, produced or shipped, and there is therefore no delivery, no shipping charge and no returns process for goods.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). All prices include VAT at 20%. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there are no separate handling, processing or setup charges.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and nothing here removes any right you have to do so.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme and we are not required to be.
