03What we sell and in what currency
We sell access to a piece of software that measures pairs of colours and reports which of them become the same colour under several standard transforms. It is supplied as digital content and a digital service; no physical goods are sold, produced or shipped, and there is therefore no delivery, no shipping charge and no returns process for goods.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). All prices include VAT at 20%. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there are no separate handling, processing or setup charges.

05Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and nothing here removes any right you have to do so.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme and we are not required to be. If you are not happy with how we have handled a complaint, write to us at support@picassod.shop and say so plainly; if it is a data protection matter, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, as set out in the privacy notice.
