Cancellation and refunds
Two separate things: cancelling a subscription so it stops renewing, which you can do at any time, and your statutory right to cancel a new purchase within 14 days.

01Cancelling so it does not renew
Go to your billing page and select cancel. It takes a couple of clicks. You do not have to email us, call us, give a reason, or work through anything designed to talk you out of it.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan carries on to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free plan. Nothing you have saved is deleted when a plan ends.
We send you a reminder email before every renewal, saying what is about to be charged, when, and how to stop it — before the charge, not after it.
02Your 14-day right to cancel a new subscription
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel a new subscription and get your money back. You do not need a reason.
There is one thing that ends this right early, and it is the reason for the two tick boxes at checkout.
This service is digital content that is supplied immediately. If you ask us to start supplying it within the 14-day period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has begun, then under regulation 37 that right is lost as soon as we start supplying.
The two boxes at checkout are separate, neither is ticked for you, and you have to tick both yourself for immediate access. If you do not tick them, we simply wait until the 14 days are up before starting, and your right to cancel stays intact for the whole period.
Both statements are repeated in the order confirmation email we send you, so you have a record of exactly what you agreed to and when.
03How to exercise the right to cancel
Tell us clearly, before the 14 days are up, that you are cancelling. Any clear statement will do — an email saying so is enough. You can also use the form below, but you do not have to.
Send it to support@picassod.shop. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send it before the period expires.
04Model cancellation form
This is the statutory form set out in Schedule 3, Part B of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Model cancellation form
To Seenby, support@picassod.shop:
I/We [*] hereby give notice that I/We [*] cancel my/our [*] contract of sale of the following goods [*]/for the supply of the following service [*],
Ordered on [*]/received on [*],
Name of consumer(s),
Address of consumer(s),
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),
Date
[*] Delete as appropriate.
You can copy the text above into an email. We do not require it in any particular format and we will not reject a cancellation for being worded differently.
05Refunds
Where a refund is due we make it within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, to the payment method used for the original transaction, with no fee.
If you asked us to start supplying immediately and then cancel within the 14 days, we may keep an amount in proportion to what you have used up to the point you told us — that is what regulation 36 provides for. In practice, on a subscription of this size, we do not usually apply that and we refund in full.
As well as the statutory right, we give you 14 days after each annual renewal to cancel that renewal for a full refund of the renewed period, provided you have not used the service since the renewal. That is more than the law currently requires and we apply it anyway.
06Refunds outside the cancellation period
If the service has not worked properly, tell us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content and digital services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and where they are not you are entitled to a repair or a price reduction. We will fix the problem, and where we cannot fix it within a reasonable time we will refund an appropriate part of what you paid.
Outside those cases, we do not routinely refund part-used periods on a monthly plan — cancelling stops the next charge rather than clawing back the current one. If your circumstances are unusual, write to us and say so; we would rather deal with it than have you dispute a charge.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
07No physical goods
Nothing physical is sold here, so there is no delivery, no shipping cost, no eligible-destinations list and no returns process for goods. Everything on this page concerns a digital service.
